Sex therapy with Kristen Lilla, the only AASECT Certified Therapist and Certified Sexuality Educator in the states of Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin, is a personal investment in your mental health as well as your intimate and sexual relationships.

Couples counseling and individual therapy is provided via telehealth by appointment only. Appointments can be made by telephone, texting, or email. All sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes (unless more time is requested). All fees are to be paid at time of service.  Kristen Lilla accepts cash, checks, all major credit cards, and HSA/FSA Accounts. Current cost is a flat rate of $230 for a 50 minute session.

Please note, Kristen does not accept insurance. Upon request, she can provide you with a “superbill” to submit on your own to your insurance for receiving “Out of Network” benefits however, reimbursement from your insurance is not guaranteed.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
